TIAA 2021 INTERNSHIP - Summer Experience Intern - Trust in Virtual, United States

As a part of TIAA’s Financial Solutions business, TIAA Bank, a division of TIAA, FSB, provides full-service, nationwide banking and lending services to consumer, commercial and institutional clients through a variety of channels, including online, its Florida-based financial centers and at other business offices throughout the country.

Participates in and supports the operational activities of a business unit.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

TIAA's 2020 Summer Internship Program is an enriching opportunity for college students who want to supplement their academic preparation with a challenging work experience as they launch their professional careers. Successful completion of the internship can lead to a full time career opportunity at TIAA, upon graduation.

In supporting TIAA Trust management, the responsibilities for this role include the following: Serve as a positive agent for change. Analyzing data to support actionable conclusions. Supporting the Director to develop, schedule and track initiatives spanning multiple disciplines. Assisting in the development, review and management of business action plans. Helping to create executive story boards.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior/Senior at an accredited university or college or Graduate Student with a Graduation date of December 2021-May 2023.

• GPA of 3.0 or above.

• Involvement in degree-specific programs or clubs on campus a plus
