KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
The Systems Analysis job participates in the designing of information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture. Working under general supervision, this job is responsible for analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system and preparing the design of possible systems solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Defines system scope through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.
Prepares flow charts, models, and procedures and conducts feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.
Prepares technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.
Collaborates with system analysts, engineers, and programmers to design systems and to determine project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, systems performance standards, and interfaces.
Analyzes and proposes revisions to existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
Assists in the development of training sessions and demos for end users.
Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshooting problems, as necessary.

University (Degree), Preferred
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
2 or more years of experience supporting Java/Weblogic applications
Experience with object oriented concepts and web/application server platform
2 or more years of Oracle experience; adept at complex data models and writing complex SQLs
Experience using Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting issues
At least 1 year of experience working in application Production Support environment
Experience working in Financial services industry and some Retirement industry domain knowledge
Experience with ITIL and Service Now
Experience with Retirement Industry
Experience with Payroll and Remittance processing
Experience with Web service technology
Experience with data handling and File Transfer (FTP, MQFTE)
Experience with filehub or other file management systems
Experience working in a virtual team environment
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Access
Experience with ALM/Quality Center and migration tool such as Serena/Nolio
SQL optimization skills and experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a large team
Acumen to understand business logic and product offerings
Minimum Pay: $57,600.00
