Taxable Fixed Income Research Associate
The Taxable Fixed Income Research Associate supports the process of obtaining, organizing and analyzing Taxable Fixed Income market-related information from internal and external sources. Working under close supervision, this job contributes to the monitoring, research and analysis of markets and trends to support investment decisions and optimize Taxable Fixed Income fund returns.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Assists with research analyses on specific organizations, securities, financial products, and the overall economic environment to optimize Taxable Fixed Income fund returns.
Monitors and researches relevant economic, industry, and company data and market trends, assisting with analyses as well as drafting reports and developing models to support investment decisions.
Supports building models as well as acquiring, assembling, and normalizing research data sets for Taxable Fixed Income portfolio.
Contributes to additional studies of industry groups or individual securities by searching for, compiling and analyzing data.
Supports the development of research methodologies and information sources to improve Taxable Fixed Income research.
Works with investment staff of financial institutions to support the analysis of performance of money management departments.
Contributes to production of high quality research documentation within required timeframe to support Taxable Fixed Income investment decisions.
Supports the editing and preparation of research materials and results for dissemination.
Assists in identifying opportunities to improve research quality for Taxable Fixed Income portfolio.

- 1 year experience with Corporate Public Bonds.
Potential Salary: $110,250.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
