KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Assoc, Corp Strategy & Dev
This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive market and competitor research and analysis to support TIAA corporate strategy, corporate development and business unit strategy. This role also provides the opportunity to support strategic and operational planning initiatives, providing broader exposure across the business. This candidate will work both independently and in close coordination with other members of CS&D, business unit, strategy and marketing organizations to conduct research and share insights.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
The primary function of the selected candidate will be to lead research and problem-solving activities on a portion of aninternal client engagement or study.
Associates work collaboratively with colleagues and internal clients, and are also involved with presentations to internal clients.
Associates support engagements by conducting interviews, forming sophisticated hypotheses, designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, and synthesizing conclusions and insights into recommendations.

- 3 years of experience in management or internal consulting required, or 3 years of experience working in areas of competitive research and conducting research using information from multiple and sometimes conflicting sources required

Minimum Pay: $81,000.00
