TIAA Sr. Mgr., Institutional Product Marketing in NEW YORK CITY, New York

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Institutional Product Marketing Senior Manager will be primarily responsible for managing and executing product launch campaigns and programs. The Senior Manager will also handle content development and ensuring that all materials and program components stay current and up-to-date. This person will also be responsible for operational elements including maintenance of critical foundational content in our content management tool (Seismic) and digital platforms related to sales and rollout content development. This person will coordinate closely with the Senior Director leading Project Patriot (Secure Income) Marketing, the Institutional Product Marketing team, broader marketing partners and Project Patriot leadership and team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Strong marketing strategy skills, strong leadership and project management skills, strong content development ability especially for presentation materials, product launch materials, extensive knowledge of sales and client relationship content and processes, asset management marketing and industry best practices. In addition to working with senior managers at all levels of the company, the Senior Manager will interact with Marketing, Product Management and Sales business partners to guide and execute upon the strategy around our content to support our marketing communications plan. Ability to efficiently and effectively manage the team’s budget and manage workflow to support business partner needs. Ability to effectively work independently while knowing when to escalate or bring items to manager’s attention.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5-10 years’ experience in marketingcommunications within the Financial Services Industry.

  • Campaign management skills

  • Content development experience for B2B audiences

Preferred Skills:

  • Master’s Degree

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship buildingskills

  • Solid project management and organizationabilities

  • Deep annuities knowledge and acumen.

  • Abilityto function in an ever changing internal environment.
