TIAA Senior Windows Vulnerability Remediation Engineer in Jacksonville, Florida
As a part of TIAA’s Financial Solutions business, TIAA Bank, a division of TIAA, FSB, provides full-service, nationwide banking and lending services to consumer, commercial and institutional clients through a variety of channels, including online, its Florida-based financial centers and at other business offices throughout the country.
Info Systems Analyst
The Senior Windows Vulnerability Remediation Engineer’s Responsibilities include analyzing vulnerabilities associated with the Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems; assist with impact, remediation, and proactive planning.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Strong knowledge of application and infrastructure vulnerability assessments and remediation
Ensure timely research and analysis on all vulnerability categories
Troubleshoots systemic issues, documenting issues and working to resolve problems
Makes observations and recommendations to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements
Administers applications and systems to ensure efficient functioning
Assists with assigned projects or research
May administer IT Security programs
Participates in IT Security assessments, risk analysis and reporting
Qualifications

Required Qualifications
Experience in Windows 2012/2016 R2 operating systems
Experience with software distribution products such as LanDesk/SCCM
Experience in PowerShell scripting
Experience with VMWare virtual machines
Preferred Qualifications
Broad knowledge of Information Technology field and computer systems
Experience Active Directory
Experience in the financial services industry preferred
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities
Logical, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Must display initiative, ability to work independently
Ability to react quickly to a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Ability to follow project plans as well as adapt to changing conditions
Ability to work seamlessly within a team as well as manage individual tasks
Minimum Pay: $54,630.00
