KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Procurement Coordinator I
Negotiates and purchases finished goods and services for a specific product group or type.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Participating in researching and negotiating repetitive purchases. Assisting in preparing formal purchasing documents.
Coordinating with suppliers on contracts and reorders of goods and services.
Analyzing usage history of goods inventory stock items and, with proper approvals, adjusting ordering requirements.
Ensuring the details of purchase transactions are carried out in a timely fashion.
3 Years Required; 5 Years Preferred
Vocational and/or Technical Education, Preferred

This position is open across the US and preferred work locations include but not limited to the following: Jacksonville, FL or Charlotte, NC.
- 3 years of sourcing or procurement experience
5 years of sourcing or procurement experience
Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Focus on TIAA Bank contracts to ensure these contracts are managed throughout their lifecycle in the TIAA Sourcing systems of record.
Research and negotiate repetitive purchases as well as one-time purchases, mainly for TIAA Bank orders.
Identify cost savings and vendor consolidation opportunities with every contract or order processed.
Minimum Pay: $18.17
