Investments Portfolio Manager
Invest and manage the Bank's securities portfolio comprising of fixed income instruments and meet portfolio objectives as determined by Treasurer, Director of Capital Markets, Chief Financial Officer, and established by the Bank's Asset Liability Committee. Optimize portfolio for the Bank's capital and liquidity profile; recommend and execute portfolio rebalancing to manage for evolving capital, cash, and risk profile.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Manage the Bank’s investment portfolio comprised of sectors of MBS, Corporate Bonds and UST and expand into additional cohorts of the fixed income market.
Recommend strategies based on market color, existing portfolio, and evolution of balance sheet risk profile; determine and manage appropriate liquidity diversification within the portfolio to meet contingent liquidity needs.
Manage interest rate risk profile of the portfolio and execute hedges as necessary.
Coordinate with Capital Markets and Treasury teams to conduct earnings and valuation sensitivity analysis to support bank-wide Asset Liability reporting.

- 5 years of capital markets and/or treasury experience
7 years of capital markets and/or treasury experience
Prior experience in investment management and/or balance sheet management
In-depth knowledge of fixed income, bond valuation, interest rates, and economic drivers.
Understanding of bond structures, collateral evaluation and securities trading protocols
Strong understanding of hedging derivatives (i.e. swaps, swaptions, treasury options, mortgage options) and understanding of relative considerations of these instruments on a bank’s balance sheet.
CFA and/or FRM designations preferred
Experience with Yieldbook, Intex, other industry standard models, and/or Bloomberg desired
Bachelor's Degree in a Business related field
Prior management experience
Minimum Pay: $135,000.00
