TIAA Bank Digital Specialist II in JACKSONVILLE, Florida
As a part of TIAA’s Retail & Institutional Financial Services business, TIAA Bank, a division of TIAA, FSB, provides full-service, nationwide banking and lending services to consumer, commercial and institutional clients through a variety of channels, including online, its Florida-based financial centers and at other business offices throughout the country.
Digital Specialist II responsibilities will include coordinating the execution of various programs and campaigns. The DS II will adhere to established best practice digital solutions and aid in communication with internal and external partners. The DS II will have very strong communication and interpersonal skills and familiarity with the latest digital and technology trends.
Serves as lead contact and knowledge expert for assigned business channel
Coordinate and delegate tasks that support the digital strategies for various internal and client-facing properties
Communicate with internal and external partners to meet business objectives
Build and manage relationships across all business, IT and corporate channels
Contribute to process improvements that will maximize performance, reduce expenses, generate income, and/or reduce risks associated with digital services
Coordinate the application of SEO strategies for all non-transactional, client-facing websites
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
Must have strong initiative and work ethic to manage competing priorities and meet critical project deadlines
Organizational and time management skills to complete multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while adhering to set timelines and budgets
Strong ability in communicating clearly and effectively
Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies
Command of digital analytics and user research testing
Ability to define and refine processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Partner with internal and external partners to drive projects that sustain and grow TIAA Bank’s competitive position
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
4+ years of experience executing digital strategies
Experience communicating with internal and external partners
Comfortable developing strategic planning and following a budget
Familiarity with enterprise content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, or similar)
Familiarity with business practices
Knowledge of financial services or other highly regulated industries
