TIAA CW Digital Project Manager in Jacksonville, Florida
As a part of TIAA’s Financial Solutions business, TIAA Bank, a division of TIAA, FSB, provides full-service, nationwide banking and lending services to consumer, commercial and institutional clients through a variety of channels, including online, its Florida-based financial centers and at other business offices throughout the country.
The Digital Project Manager is responsible for independently managing the process for successfully planning, executing, and delivering strategic marketing programs and Digital-led initiatives. The position will manage the operational aspects of a project, coordinating all required technical details and resources to deliver projects on time, on budget, and at the required quality level. The Digital Project Manager follows traditional project management principles as determined by project complexity and associated technical requirements. The position requires superior communication skills, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Proactively manages digital projects and programs from initial request through creative development, stakeholder approval, legal approval and project deployment.
Conducts Agile routines including daily standups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
Collaborates with technology partners, internal SME’s, and vendors as needed to ensure accurate and timely execution of related tasks.
Leads process development initiatives to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and governance of internal processes. Recognized as a subject matter expert on all applicable department and enterprise policies and procedures.
Reviews and approves strategic input from internal partners, ensuring accurate and complete information to support successful project execution.
Scope, plan and manage project execution and delivery across multiple, cross-functional resources
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and reports project status with key internal partners
Leads formal project kickoff and status meetings, providing detailed meeting minutes as required.
Proactively identifies risks and recommends alternative solutions when planned schedule is jeopardized.
Manages and tracks all projects for Legal review, ensuring 100% compliance approval on applicable projects.
Manage project closing process to capture key project performance indicators.

This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.
This role can be located on our TIAA office in Jacksonville, FL will be currently remote.
The anticipated term of this engagement will be 24 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
Exceptional problem solving and project management skills, with proven ability to leverage formal project management principles.
Ability to author and implement project plans specific to the required level of effort and delivery channel.
Must be process-oriented with the ability to identify and implement process improvements where needed
Thorough understanding of marketing delivery process, from creative development through project deployment via web.
Technical subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas is required:
Digital / technology project management
Campaign planning and execution
Superior written / oral communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
Extremely organized with the ability to manage high project volume within tight timelines simultaneously.
Proactive and a self-starter with the ability to work in a self-directed fashion.
Ability to interact positively with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the company.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree, or commensurate professional experience in Marketing or related field is required
3 years’ experience managing projects in the marketing or related field is required
Experience working in Agile methodology is a plus.
Proven success in effectively managing projects in specific technical area is required
Experience in a marketing agency or similar setting is preferred
Formal Project Management training or commensurate experience required
