POSITION SUMMARY:

While helping to build and provide a first-class Client Service function globally, the Client Services Reporting Associate will be responsible for supporting the EMEA based Client Service team in a variety of areas which includes the co-ordination of investor reporting, reporting system support, responding to data queries, ad-hoc project co-ordination, and organising and supporting client contact management planning. The main objective from a team perspective is to ensure that our clients receive excellent client service and to provide team support as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • The following dutiesare generally representative of the nature and level of work assigned and arenot necessarily all inclusive.

  • Maintaininga first-class client service

  • Supportingthe Client Services and Reporting Manager with the in-house reporting tool.This includes day to day support, building report templates, undertaking useracceptance testing and liaising with the supplier as required

  • Supportingany future development of the in-house reporting tool in order to provide thebest client reporting experience

  • Reviewingand resolving reporting system and workflow errors

  • Understandingdata flows across firm-wide systems and providing assistance with monitoringthe timeliness of file feeds to databases that support client reporting

  • Workclosely with IT, Operations and Client Service departments at an enterpriselevel and general troubleshooting issues within the client reporting system

  • Collaboratewith IT to implement new system functionality and system enhancements

  • Buildingrelationships and working closely with the appropriate stakeholders across thebusiness to enhance efficiency and to help facilitate automation of data whereapplicable

  • ProjectManagement – co-ordinating and supporting the team with any ad-hoc reportingand data projects that take place during the year

  • Co-ordinationand compilation of the quarterly investment reports ensuring accuracy andcomplete reports; these must meet set timeframes and client deadlines and addvalue where possible

  • Supportingthe client managers as and when required during the reporting periods and whenonboarding new clients

  • Updatingclient systems to enhance the information we collect on investors (e.g.onboarding new clients)

  • Maintaininginformation on the in-house client relationship management systems ensuringthat it is complete and accurate for each client

  • Internalreporting management – undertaking data analysis, co-ordinating the productionof regular reports for internal management, responding to ad hoc queries

  • Keepingup to date with any regulatory requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

TechnicalSkills & Qualifications Required:

  • Degreeeducated

  • Fundamentalunderstanding of client reporting

  • Abilityto meet deadlines under pressure

  • Goodknowledge of MS Word, Excel Publisher and PowerPoint

  • Mustbe computer literate and able to work with bespoke systems (training will beprovided as required)

  • Goodknowledge of a Client Reporting tool e.g. Vermilion Report Software or SimCorpCoric would be an advantage

  • Knowledgeof database structure and maintenance

  • Languages:SQL preferred

  • Dataanalysis skills
