Risk Technology Sr Associate
Familiar with Asset Management and have product knowledge including but not limited to: Equities, Municipals, Taxable Fixed Income, Real Assets and OTC and ETD derivatives, must have great partnership skills and proficient in using Tableau to perform data quality checks and analysis for reporting to Risk Managers.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Work with risk vendors to understand and resolve issues related to calculation of risk metrics, experience in Data analysis and data presentation skills to identify issues or gaps.
Work closely with investment risk managers to gather requirements and design reporting solutions using Tableau, also closely with technology teams on enhancement requests and User Acceptance Testing to receive release sign-offs
Develop automated, standardized reporting for investment risk groups, including high visibility Board and Regulatory reporting
Ensure daily, monthly, quarterly operational processes and data quality checks are completed in a timely manner, Support the team’s regulatory reporting responsibilities, when needed

REQUIRED:
3+ years of relevant Financial Institution experience with traded products, OTC derivatives, risk management and/or risk technology.
3 years or more using Tableau or other BI reporting tools.
PREFERRED:
Bachelors degree in Finance, MIS, or related field
Master’s degree in Finance, MIS or a related field.
Exposure to FactSet for risk reporting
Experience with Bloomberg Terminal
Exposure to MSCI Barra Factor Model or other factor models
Mix of technical skills and investment risk skills
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups and data analysis.
Experience with data analysis, business analysis.
Knowledge & understanding of investment risk analytics.
Knowledge of SQL a plus.
