As a part of TIAA’s Financial Solutions business, TIAA Bank, a division of TIAA, FSB, provides full-service, nationwide banking and lending services to consumer, commercial and institutional clients through a variety of channels, including online, its Florida-based financial centers and at other business offices throughout the country.
HL Ops Processor
Work closely with loan originators (LO) and coordinate activities to conclude on viable loan decisions. Manage communications with stakeholders and LO to deliver outstanding customer/referral source experience.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible to review all information obtained from LOs, other sources and third part for accuracy, completeness, and viability
Verify and communicate underwriting conditions between the borrower(s) and the LO
Ability to make rational risk-based decisions with regards to underwriting and processing determination
Embrace high level of accountability due to higher level of responsibility and industry knowledge
No Experience Required; 2 Years Preferred
High School, Preferred
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
- Two (2) years of current processing experience in the retail loan environment, to include processing Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac conventional loans
Minimum Pay: $17.98
