TIAA Sr Systems Analyst in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

IT Systems Analysts work as liaisons among IT stakeholders and business partners in order to understand the business requirements and translate them into user stories as necessary for the project team to achieve its IT and Business goals. This particular role is for the Web Content Management (WCM) team that develops and manages the tiaa.org websites, and internal facing websites. WCM also serves content to our secure applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Elicit and document business requirements and write user storiesto establish a clear understanding of the stakeholder’s requirements.
Achieve consensus across stakeholders by driving clarity aroundneeds, findings, gaps and mitigation measures.
Perform gap/impact analysis for migration of existing WCM sitesfrom current WCM platform to a future state WCM platform.
Collaborate with the Project Manager/Scrum Master in prioritizingthe backlog and facilitate sprint review meetings with business stake holders.
Work closely with Technical Leads, Developers, QA teams and UI/UXdesigners to validate associated testing approach and traceability of businessrequirements/user stories to implementations.
Work closely with Product Manager and Development Manager tounderstand the product vision and needs of business stakeholders.
5plus years’ experience as a Systems Analyst in the digital space
Experienceworking in an agile development environment as part of a scrum team member.
Experienceworking in the financial services industry
Experience on Jira,Confluence and Microsoft Office products
Abilityto work both independently and collaboratively.
Excellentcommunication and presentation skills.
Combinationof attention to detail with a broad perspective of the business needs iscritical.
Enterprise level WCM/CMS experience (AEM - Adobe ExperienceManager preferred)
Exposure to or general knowledge of customer journey maps
System analysis and evaluation: Able to quickly learn andunderstand how different systems generally operate together
