POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the management and execution of various architecture roles including information/data architecture, application architecture, infrastructure architecture, solution, enterprise and business architecture. Collaborates across executive and senior business and IT leaders to understand architecture needs, develop realization plans and architecture artifacts and govern program / project portfolio definition and execution in alignment with established architectures. Manage and develop architecture resources with required business and technical skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • General Management: People Management:

  • Direct, motivate and develop staff through coaching and mentoring so as to maximize their individual contributions, professional growth and ability to function effectively as a team

  • Manage all human capital management functions for organization including: recruitment, development, mobility, performance objective setting, performance evaluations, compensation, promotions, succession planning deployment and

  • terminationsStrategic alignment:

  • Ensure that performance objectives established for each employee align with IT and firm strategies and priorities and individual development objectives

  • Ensure projects/programs and organization align with the business and IT strategies

  • Exemplify behaviors that support OneIT

  • Client Service/Relationship Management:

  • Build trusted advisor relationship by partnering with clients and across IT to best achieve business and IT priorities and objectives Cost Management: Contribute, negotiate, deliver and manage to assigned budget

  • Plan and utilize resources proactively and efficiently

  • Staffs projects with appropriately-skilled resources Job Family Specific:

  • Execute architecture strategy as defined by the Chief Architect/Engineer Oversee the appropriate governance functions and manage the architecture processes

  • Stay current with relevant emerging technologies, assess application to corporate challenges or opportunities determining business benefit and impact Apply strategic thinking against very complex business and technical problems directing personnel and consultants on the proper realization of architectures aligned with business objectives

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Minimum 4 years of experience with Elasticsearch (ELK)

Minimum 5 years of experience with Spring

Minimum 5 years of experience with Microservices

Minimum 4 years of experience with AWS Cloud Architecture

Minimum 10 years of experience with Middleware
