Project and Program Management
The Program and Project Management job plans, organizes, and controls resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Under minimal supervision, this job utilizes general knowledge of the project/business requirements to manage large projects for the organization.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Organizes project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.
Estimates the costs, resources, and time required to complete each phase of a project and allocates resources and tasks to ensure these targets are met.
Implements an established project plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan.
Monitors the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
Identifies and resolves obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
Coordinates the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.

Help manage strategic programs and initiatives across TIAA Client Relationships to ensure delivery of strategic priorities.
Drive measurement, reporting and adoption insights on the Salesforce Enterprise platform.
Establish relationships and partner across IT with our enterprise tech team, Risk, Audit, Compliance, Sales, and Marketing.
Support optimization of the operating model and engagement framework to improve scale and efficiency.
Facilitate program & team-related Agile routes (PI Planning, Release Governance, Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, etc.) while maintaining all artifacts (Backlogs, Decisions, Blockers, etc.).
Demonstrated experience with Lean-Agile principles, metrics, and technology and/or experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean Thinking, Lean Six Sigma.
Exhibits outstanding ability to solve moderately sophisticated problems and challenges, whether technical or non-technical in nature. Incorporates prior experience, partner needs and takeaways into decision making.
Influences and supplies to a long-range vision, helps translate E2E strategy to impactful plans. One foot in strategy and one foot in execution.
Proven ability to optimally collaborate and influence across Product Areas and teams within the Enterprise. Demonstrates personal leadership to achieve individual and team success. Transforms and grows others. Influences within immediate team. Models our TIAA Values and Behaviors.
Potential Salary: $125,000.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
