KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Info Sec Threat Hunting Spec
Identifies, analyzes, and reports threats or hidden events within the enterprise network, by using defensive measures and information collected from a variety of sources, to protect data, information systems, and networks.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Examining and analyzing network traffic, related applications and operating systems to identify potential threats, anomalous or malicious activities to network resources; validating Intrusion Detection System (IDS) alerts.
Conducting research and analysis of various source data sets (e.g. warnings, indications) as well as identified malicious activities, to analyze causes and detect weaknesses exploited, exploitation methods, and the effects on IT systems and information.
Testing Information Assurance safeguards and employing Computer Network Defense tools and approved Defense-in-Depth practices to protect networks.
Providing reports and documents regarding network security incidents details and outcome; assisting in troubleshooting problems and recommending vulnerability corrections.

- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
2 years of overall fraud and/or investigations experience
2 years of experience managing multiple assignments
2 years of experience collecting and analyzing intelligence, conducting financial investigations, and report findings in a clear and concise manner
Experience with on-line Fraud Prevention Systems.
Experience working with large volumes of client activity data and conducting deep dive analysis
Able to work either independently or in a team with aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to coordinate, work with an gain the trust of business stakeholders to achieve a desired objective
Strong attention to detail in analysis, collections, and reporting assignments
Experience with analytical solutions (e.g. Splunk, SQL)
Minimum Pay: $66,000.00
