Position Summary:

Investment Oversight seeks a Data & Reporting Analyst to join the Team reporting to the Vice President, Business Process Team Leader.

The Data & Reporting Analyst, as a member of the Investment Oversight Team, will work to ensure efficient and scalable team processes and high quality team deliverables. The role involves diverse activities including supporting the current systems and processes that provide coverage to several platforms, aggregating and maintaining accurate data as well as managing and creating business intelligence output. The Analyst is part of a team with highly visible activities related to investment team oversight and due diligence with active contributions to new product and product management projects.

Investment Oversight supports Nuveen, the various Fund Boards and our clients’ objectives in an ethical, highly professional and independent manner. The Team develops a deep knowledge of affiliated and non-affiliated investment teams in order to help ensure investment integrity across Nuveen’s product offerings. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supportthe current systems and processes that provide coverage to several platformsincluding 1940 Act, ETFs, UCITS as well as senior management and othergovernance entities

  • Aggregateand maintain accurate data for Investment Oversight deliverables

  • Identifyand implement automation opportunities while maintaining and monitoring dataintegrity

  • Buildand manage business intelligence inputs and outputs to efficiently create dashboardsfor a variety of key initiatives

  • Liaisewith Nuveen IT to understand systems and data components

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimumof 5 years of relevant experience with a preference for experience in theinvestment management industry

  • Bachelor’sdegree from an accredited college or university

  • Technicalskills including knowledge of data warehousing, experience with SQL or similar andworking with relational databases

  • Datavisualization expertise utilizing Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI

Preferred:

  • Experiencewith Morningstar Direct, FactSet, or similar

  • Abilityto lead projects and work effectively with all partners individually and aspart of a team

  • Abilityto relay complex information, measurement methodology and decision rationale inan organized way using both verbal and written skills

  • Abilityto manage several projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines

  • Self-motivatedwith a strong work ethic

  • Excellenttime management and organizational skills
