Responsible for leading a team of Communications Consultants that develop and deliver communications, education and advice campaigns in association with complex retirement plan transitions.


  • Lead,provide coaching and support to Transition Communication Consultants enablingthe team to successfully deliver complex transition campaigns. Effectivelytrack and measure the team’s activities, budget, coordinate with outside studioand report the results generated by their team.

  • Participatein meetings with plan sponsors and external consultants in meetingsdemonstrating command, confidence and poise in order to establish and buildrelationships.

  • Advocatein representing Communication Consulting team and best practices in deliveringmulti-channel transition campaigns.

  • Successfullynavigate across functional teams and vendors to ensure accuracy and excellencefor TIAA customers by building and maintaining strong internal relationshipswith key business partners across the organization.

  • Leadand/or participate in cross-functional initiatives, quality improvement effortsand act as key subject matter expert to our B2B2C transition-related,templates, tools and Communication Consultant processes.

  • Identifyopportunities, inefficiencies and suggest solutions for enhanced,cost-effective delivery. Ensure enhancements and improvements are instilled inteam through training and performance evaluations.



  • Bachelor’sDegree (preferably marketing, communications, or advertising)

  • 10+years’ of experience in full lifecycle marketing development and clientrelationship management

  • Experiencemanaging agency relationships

Desired Qualifications :

  • Master’sDegree

  • 5+years’ of experience consulting with clients on large retirement plans
