TIAA Cybersecurity Analyst, Identity Access Management in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

Leverage identity and access management (IAM) experience, together with technical skills in data collection and analysis using MS-Excel and SQL, to deliver a best-in-class set of IAM-related services including entitlement reviews, application on-boarding and management, role-based access control and reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAND DUTIES:
Support periodic enterprise-widereview campaigns, daily staff transfer reviews and ad-hoc review activityperformed in the SailPoint IIQ tool.
Utilize skills inMS-SQL, Excel and other tools to validate the accuracy and completeness of datain SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) by comparing with source data from the varioussystems of record.
Employ documented procedures to manage the application entitlementattestation process and make updates to entitlement meta-data in the SailPointIdentityIQ tool.
Handle initial triage ofon-boarding requests from applications not yet participating in the IAMservice. Support full end-to-endon-boarding activity for applications leveraging standards patterns for userauthentication and authorization.
Maintain relationshipswith key stakeholders (Cybersecurity, internal control units, Internal Audit,application owners, access administrators) to regularly assess theeffectiveness of the team’s services and participate in the development andexecution of tactical and strategic plans to ensure our services remaineffective and meet evolving customer needs.
1 or more years of experience with IAM servicesincluding experience with user entitlement reviews
Experience with constructing SQL statements toquery MS-SQL databases.
Experience with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables inMS-Excel.
Experience with an enterprise Identity & AccessManagement tool/platform.
Experience working in an Information Securityunit and understanding of one or more fundamental security best practicesrelated to risk assessment and management, auditing, internal controldevelopment and management.
