TIAA Client Service Analyst in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

Position Summary:

The Client Service Analyst is critical to the success of the Institutional business in several ways: interactions with clients, working with Nuveen business partners to service clients throughout the client life cycle and supporting relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound/outbound client communication (emails and phone calls) via the CRM system with oversight from senior staff

  • Help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings

  • Generate a large volume of custom weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to clients, consultants and service providers.

  • Provide quality control for client reports and requests.

  • Responsible for completing due diligence and client questionnaires.

  • Database maintenance and compilation of business metrics.

  • Investigate and address client inquiries with support/oversight from senior staff by evaluating client-specific circumstances and collaborating across departments to formulate response; communicate findings to senior staff

  • Provide other business support, as needed

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • 3+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry

Preferred:

  • Client service experience

  • Detail oriented (nothing gets past you)

  • Self-starter that can manage multiple tasks atthe same time

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent communication and written skills.
