TIAA Associate Trust Administrator in Charlotte, North Carolina

As a part of TIAA’s Financial Solutions business, TIAA Bank, a division of TIAA, FSB, provides full-service, nationwide banking and lending services to consumer, commercial and institutional clients through a variety of channels, including online, its Florida-based financial centers and at other business offices throughout the country.

Trust Ops

The Trust Operations job administers a portfolio of trust and estate accounts and supports the development of new business. Working under close supervision, this job provides administrative support for basic requests and coordinates activities for the team to ensure that customer needs are consistent with trust laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Administers the set-up, implementation, and administration of trusts and estates.

  • Coordinates client service activities with other areas of the organization.

  • Provides an initial analysis of trust documents to determine acceptability by the bank.

  • Ensures that assigned portfolios are in compliance with laws and regulations.

  • Creates and documents reports for the team regarding banking market conditions, trust products sales results and team earnings.

  • Maintains a group of trust accounts for clients.


  • 2 Years Required; 3 Years Preferred

  • University (Degree), Preferred
