TIAA Yardi Analyst, Real Estate in BOSTON, Massachusetts

Leads the property accounting operations of a large institutional investment management firm on various aspects of commercial and residential real estate including job costing, management fee calculations, fixed asset reporting, budgeting and mortgage payable in Yardi 7S.Works with accounting, asset management and portfolio management to ensure the application of policies and procedures align with the business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Provides first and second level of support to customer inquiries and issues on Yardi Voyager platform for the property accounting.
Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves Yardi complex set up, issues, processing, application usage, business needs and requirements.
Supports user acceptance testing for implementation and software/hotfix update, plug ins, and upgrades.
Conducts training sessions & written documentation on Yardi accounting functions and features to support real estate and accounting operations processes (e.g. job cost, management fees, fixed assets, ABF and mortgage payables), including live and written documentation.
Real estate experience
Experience with real estate investment processes
Yardi system experience isrequiredfor at least a year
Experience supporting Yardi ABF Budgeting module
Yardi system experience isrequiredfor at least a year with focus onproperty accountingfunctions and processes.
Real estate experience
Excellent technical research, communication and writing skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other web based applications.
Ability to work on many projects independently & simultaneously
