POSITION SUMMARY:

Bestsill Office Charlotte NC Preferred

Charlotte Main or Denver, CO possible locations

The position would execute on building out a portfolio of continuous improvement projects across the business that will enable operations to achieve efficiency targets year over year. They will develop, oversee and execute on initiatives targeted to complaint reduction and NIGO reduction and will be responsible for program portfolio management and budget of strategic initiatives for continuous process improvements

This individual will be accountable for the organization, communication and cost management of a large portfolio of multiple initiatives to develop, expand, and support operations. They will lead the development of roadmaps and maturity models and also assist with the development of a culture of continuous improvement. They will also drive collaboration with the IIO leadership team and managers to identify and track opportunities and to ensure appropriate actions are taken to solve identified problems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Required

• 5 or more years' experience in program or project management required

• 5 or more years of process improvement, change management, continuous improvement experience

• 5 or more years of proven experience with continuous improvement tools utilizing lean principles

• Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including familiarity in using spreadsheets and analytical functions (MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Access and Visio (5 years or more)

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience leading and implementing Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma principles

• Knowledge of, and experience with, the Agile development process

Required
