KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Participates in ongoing production processing and provides administrative support with the ability to anticipate, research, analyze and resolve issues that may be highly sensitive or confidential.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Effectively manage complex business schedules, make routine travel arrangements, and complete expense reports
Coordinate and facilitate meetings (including reserving conference rooms, catering, A/V support), facilities usage, events, and travel arrangements, as required
Receive and respond to calls, letters, e-mails, memos and other correspondence
Liaison for office facilities and maintenance issues and with vendors to ensure appropriate coding and payment of office-related invoices
No Experience Required
High School, Preferred
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
3 plus years of experience within the financial services industry preferred
Experience providing administration support to approximately 7 to 10 professionals
Proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Outlook, Word and Excel, Powerpoint), Relational Databases, Travel & Expense systems
Experience/proficiency in Siebel a plus
Able to multi-task and produce in a fast paced, team environment
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Organized, detail oriented and follows-through
Desire to commence and grow career within a diversified financial services company
Ability to interpret financial data and terminology a plus
Minimum Pay: $20.72
